Question

After opening the account, the cash card has been sent to me but I was not home so I could not receive it. What should I do now?

ANSWER
If you have received an undeliverable item notice from the post office, please follow the instructions provided to request for a redelivery.
If your cash card has returned to us after the storage period has expired, we will resend it to your registered address the first time.
If your cash card has returned to us for the second time, please call our Contact Center within 3 weeks from the time your cash card was returned to us for the first time, and we will resend it to you.

Please note that if you do not receive your cash card within the above period, your account will be canceled.
