How do I delete a registered receiver?
Logon to the Direct Banking Service, and follow the procedure in "Inquiry or Delete Registered Receiver" under the "Domestic Money Transfer" menu.

A registered receiver cannot be deleted at an ATM.
* Registered receivers for which there has been no activity for the past 14 months will be automatically deleted on the Seven Bank's prescribed date.
