What should I do if I forget the PIN for my Seven Bank cash card?

ANSWER
To use your Seven Bank account again, you need to set a new PIN. Please carry out the procedure for issuing a temporary PIN that is necessary for re-setting a PIN by either of the following methods.

(1) If you can log on to the Direct Banking Service
You can receive a temporary PIN by email.
Log on to the Direct Banking Service, then carry out the procedure for "Reset Cash Card PIN" from the "Customer Service" menu. We will send a temporary PIN by email to your registered email address.

(2) If you cannot log on to the Direct Banking Service or take the step for approval on the Seven Bank International Money Transfer App
We will send a postcard to your registered address to notify you of a temporary PIN in about one week.
Please carry out the procedure for sending the postcard from here.

* To complete this procedure, you need the information indicated on your cash card. If you forget your PIN soon after opening an account, please wait for your card to arrive.

After you receive a notice of temporary PIN by either of method (1) or (2) above, please set a new PIN using the temporary PIN via a Seven Bank ATM (insert the cash card, then tap "Change PIN") or via the Direct Banking Service.
