I opened a new account and received my cash card. How do I use the Direct Banking Service with a smartphone?

ANSWER
To use the Direct Banking Service, an authentication procedure using the smartphone app is required.
Please follow the steps below to set up the smartphone app.
(Customers who have completed the initial settings, please proceed from step 4)

1. Please have your cash card or direct banking card ready.
Those who have opened an account without debit service will need their Seven Bank cash card, and those who opened an account with debit service will need their Direct Banking card.

2. Download the International Money Transfer app to your smartphone.
If you would like to use the Direct Banking Service in Japanese, please download the My Seven Bank app.

3. Please configure the app usage settings at the Seven Bank ATM.

4. Once you have completed the settings for using the app, please click here to register to start using the Direct Banking Service.
