I received an email requesting my approval for the Automatic Payment Service, but I do not remember applying for the service. What should I do?

The email might be using the name of a payment collection agency (a company that specializes in processing paperwork for automatic payment services) instead of the name of the company to which you submitted an application for automatic payment services. Check your copy of the automatic payment request form to see if the same company name appears.
