ANSWER
If your Automatic Payment Service request form is returned, the following possibilities may be considered.
Please verify the details and apply again.

(1) If a valid email address of the customer is not registered in the Seven Bank account.
If you would like to check or change your currently registered email address, please log on here and check.

(2)If you have not registered to use the Direct Banking Service.
If you wish to use the Automatic Payment service or other services for the first time, you will need to register for our Direct Banking Service.
