Even though I am registered for the Point Service, I have not received any points.

ANSWER
Points for applicable transactions will be awarded on the 15th day of the month following the month in which such transactions were made.

If you have not made any applicable transactions in a certain month or if you use a nanaco number other than your registered nanaco number, you will not receive any points. If you do not receive any points, check your transaction details and registered information.
* For all applicable transactions made in a certain month, nanaco points will be awarded after 6:00 A.M. of the 15th day of the next month when you check the balance on your card or recharge your card at a cash register at a 7-Eleven store or from a Seven Bank ATM.
