How do I cancel my smartphone authentication registration?

Please carry out the cancellation operation via the Direct Banking Service, and use your registered smartphone to approve the cancellation.

- If you changed your smartphone and are unable to use your old, registered smartphone to approve the cancellation, you will need to apply for the cancellation by using the relevant forms. (If you are able to use your old smartphone in an environment such as a Wi-Fi environment, approve the cancellation by using your old smartphone.) Please apply for the relevant forms via the Direct Banking Service, or contact the Contact Center.
