If the smartphone with which I am using the Smartphone Authentication Service breaks, will I lose the ability to carry out the target transactions of the Smartphone Authentication Service?

ANSWER
You will no longer be able to perform those transactions. It will be possible to use them again after you have submitted the relevant documents prescribed by the Bank. The Smartphone Authentication Service can be used again with your new smartphone after you have carried out “Smartphone Authentication Service usage registration.”
