My Seven Bank Cash Card with Debit Card Service expired. When will I receive a new card?

ANSWER
To customers who will continue to use the Debit Card Service, we send a new card to their registered address by simplified registered mail within two months before the expiry month of their current card.

We may not issue you a new card if you have not used the Debit Card Service for a long time or if we have decided not to issue one for any other reason. If you wish to have a new Cash Card with Debit Card Service, please apply on or after the 2nd day of the second month following the expiry month.
An application can be made using the Direct Banking Service.
