I entered my telephone number to register for the Direct Banking Service or reset my logon ID or logon password, but I got a message that I entered an incorrect telephone number and was unable to complete the procedure. What should I do?

ANSWER
When entering your telephone number, please enter the correct home phone number or mobile phone number you registered with us.
If you enter an incorrect number several times, the service will be locked for security reasons.

If you are unsure about your telephone number that is currently registered with us, you can change the registered telephone number.

* If you can log on to the Direct Banking Service, please complete the procedure by selecting "Change Personal Information (Address, Telephone Number, Occupation, etc. )" from the "Customer Services" menu.
