How should I request redelivery of a cash card whose retention period at a post office has expired after I opened an account?

(When opening an account by mail)
1st time the card is returned: As soon as the card is returned to Seven Bank, we will resend it to the registered address.
2nd time the card is returned: If you contact the Contact Center within a month after the first time the card is returned, we will resend the card. If the aforementioned period of time elapses, the account is canceled.
