What services can I use after my immediate account is set up?

ANSWER
Before you receive your cash card, you can conduct the following transactions using the My Seven Bank app :
- Deposits and withdrawals using the Smartphone ATM 
- Application for the Loan Service
- Transactions on the Direct Banking Service

There is screening for an application for the Loan Service.
If you use the Direct Banking Service for the first time, please complete the procedure under "Register for Direct Banking Service."

* Please note that if you change your smartphone or uninstall the My Seven Bank app before you receive your cash card, you will not be able to conduct the above transactions before you receive your card.
* You need information indicated on the card on some occasions, such as applying for the Automatic Payment Service or re-setting your logon ID or password or cash card PIN.
* We will send cash cards to all customers in about one to two weeks by simplified registered mail (no forwarding service) .
* If you are unable to receive your cash card and the card is returned to us, your transactions may be subject to restrictions. Please make sure to receive your cash card.
