I was unable to have my cash card reissued via the Direct Banking Service. Why? * When the following message is displayed: “We currently cannot receive your request for reissuance. If you have any questions, please contact us (U_VP_0180026).”

ANSWER
You may not be able to have your cash card reissued via the Direct Banking Service if the expiry date of your current Cash Card with Debit Card Service is approaching or a new card has not been issued upon the expiry of your current card.
If you are having trouble due to not being able to use your current card, please contact us.
