(2) For customers who do not have a Seven Bank account
We accept a general inquiry using the inquiry form on the home page, without conducting the identification procedure.
We will send our answer by email to the email address you entered.
Please note that we may not be able to answer an inquiry regarding which we need to check the status of your account.
