What is the approval request number indicated on the approval waiting screen of the Direct Banking Service?

This is a four-digit alphanumeric code you need to approve your transaction, such as logon to the Direct Banking Service from a browser on a computer, or conducting a money transfer and other procedures on the My Seven Bank app (or the Seven Bank International Money Transfer App*). You can approve the transaction by confirming that the approval request number is indicated on the screen for the relevant transaction. * This number is for confirmation purposes and does not need to be entered.

* If you use the English version of the Direct Banking Service, you need to take the step for approval on the Seven Bank International Money Transfer App.
