What should I do  if I cannot view my transaction statement in a PDF file via the Direct Banking Service?

You need Adobe Acrobat Reader (Adobe Inc.) to view your transaction statement displayed in a PDF file.
If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, please exit the Direct Banking Service, and then install it.
* PDF files cannot be viewed on some systems.
