I have not received any emails at the new email address that I registered.

ANSWER
Have you completed the procedure for confirming receipt at your email address? Once your new email address is registered, an email is sent to confirm receipt at your address. Follow the instructions in that email to complete the procedure.

If you have made settings to restrict incoming emails by designating domains to prevent spam emails, or forward emails received by your email address registered with Seven Bank to another email address, you may not be able to receive our email notices. In such case, please change the receive options settings so that you can receive emails from our domains, "@sevenbank.co.jp" and "@atm-madoguchi.sevenbank.co.jp". For how to change the setting, check the website of your mobile carrier or internet service provider.
Please register an email address for which email forwarding is not set.
