Can I suspend the Monthly Auto-Deposit Service temporarily?
If you wish to suspend the service only for the current month, please follow either of the following procedures.
[ i ] If the suspension is less than eight business days prior to the debit date:
Please consult with the financial institution registered for direct debit and request the suspension procedure.
[ ii ] If the suspension is eight business days prior to the debit date:
You can suspend the service via the Monthly Auto-Deposit Service page.

If you wish to resume the withdrawal for the next and subsequent months, you need to follow the resumption procedure eight business days prior to the debit date of the next month.
Please note that the agreement for the service will be automatically cancelled unless you follow the resumption procedure within three months from the date of suspension.
