When can I start using the Loan Service after applying?
(1) Seven Bank account holders
With regard to your application for the Loan Service, we will notify you of the screening results and the completion of the agreement procedure by email to your registered address. After receiving our notice, you will be able to make transactions at Seven Bank ATMs and via the Direct Banking Service.

(2) Customers who want to open an account and apply for the Loan Service at the same time
Screening starts when you submit an application for opening an account with the Loan Service.
Note, however, that submitting an application and passing screening do not constitute the conclusion of an agreement. After receiving your cash card, you will need to perform a procedure to conclude an agreement.
After receiving a cash card, you need to register for the Direct Banking Service. Upon confirming your identity, we will conduct an agreement procedure and notify you of the completion of the procedure by email. After receiving our notice, you will be able to make transactions at Seven Bank ATMs and via the Direct Banking Service.
