What should I do if I still have not received the email with my screening result for the Loan Service application even after several minutes?

Confirmation emails may be delayed depending on the congestion of your internet service provider or network. You may not be able to receive our emails due to the settings of your computer or mobile phone (email filtering, restriction on incoming emails, email forwarding).

If you are unable to receive our emails at the forwarding email address, please check emails sent to your email address registered with Seven Bank.
