What is the timing for the exchange rate used in international money transfers?

As a general rule, the exchange rate used is that prescribed by Seven Bank at the time an international money transfer request is received from the customer. (The exchange rate that is used will be displayed on the ATM screen or the Direct Banking Service screen when the transfer is made.) However, depending on the receiver's country, the rate used may or may not be the rate that is current at the time funds are received.
