If you are using a PC, please log on to the Direct Banking Service, select Use MyJCB from the top page, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
If you are using a smartphone, log on to the Direct Banking Service, switch to Account Activity Statement from the top page, select Use MyJCB, and then follow the instructions on the screen.
