What if the withdrawal from the debit account fails?
We do not make a deposit in the deposit account.
If we are unable to withdraw the debit amount for two consecutive months, we will suspend the withdrawal. You can resume the withdrawal within three months from the date of suspension via the Direct Banking Service page.
The agreement for the service will be automatically cancelled upon the expiration of the period of three months from the date of suspension. If you wish to use the service, please apply again.
