A deposit was not made on the deposit date. Why?
We are unable to make a deposit in some cases such as:
[ i ] we are unable to withdraw the debit amount due to lack of funds in the debit account; or
[ ii ] we are unable to deposit the debit amount due to cancellation or restrictions on transactions of the deposit account.
In the latter case, we will return the debit amount to the debit account.
