What is meant by "Application pending" which appears in statements of the Monthly Auto-Deposit Service?
It means that we are confirming the registration procedure for direct debit taking place at the designated financial institution. When the registration procedure is complete, "Application pending" will normally be replaced with "Currently in use" on the next day. If the registration procedure fails, "Error" will appear.
