When I tried to log on to the Direct Banking Service, I was asked to authorize my International Money Transfer app. What should I do?

Approval on the Seven Bank International Money Transfer App is required when logging on to the English version of Direct Banking Service from the browser screen of a computer or smartphone.
Open "Approval History" on the top page of the app and select the procedure.
Confirm that the procedure is correct, and select "Accept".

Please note that you will not be able to use the Direct Banking Service or the Seven Bank International Money Transfer app while transactions are restricted due to a lost or stolen card. You will be able to use the card once the card reissue procedure has started, so please log on after receiving the email regarding the reissuance of cash card.
