Why is no notification being delivered to my Smartphone Authentication App?

Please launch the Smartphone Authentication App. (Depending on the usage environment, in some cases it will be possible to carry out the approval [or rejection] operation even if there is no notification.)

If this does not solve the problem, please check the following.

• Please check the push notification setting on your smartphone.
Please activate the push notification setting on your smartphone. (For details on the setting method, please check the documentation (for example, the operation manual) for your smartphone model.)

• Please make sure that the registered Credential ID is the same as your smartphone's Credential ID.
Please use the smartphone that was registered. If you cannot use that smartphone, please cancel smartphone authentication.

Push notifications might not be receivable depending on your usage conditions such as the signal or smartphone model.
