What should I do to have a cash card reissued via the Direct Banking Service?
Please log on to the Direct Banking Service and apply for the reissuance of a cash card from "Customer Services."
* Reissuance of a cash card is available in the case of loss or theft of the card, damage of the card, or problem with the IC chip or magnetic stripe.

■Select the status that applies to your card from the "Card Status" on the application information entry screen.
* Please check the reissuance fee to be indicated on the lower part of the screen depending on the content of the procedure.
If you have already reported that your card has been lost or stolen, but have not yet had your card reissued, please call our Contact Center to complete the process of the reissuance of cash card.
