How can I output data from my online passbook?
You can view a PDF file of the transactions made during each month for the past 15 months (starting from the previous month). To do so, log on to the Direct Banking Service, and then select "Download Ordinary/Time Deposit Statement" in the "Online Passbook" menu. (Note, however, that you cannot check statements on certain smartphones that cannot display PDF files. In addition, you cannot directly output data from your online passbook.)
Statements are created at the end of each month and can be checked around the 10th day of the following month.

To issue transaction statements for months earlier than the past 15 months, contact the Contact Center.
