My Seven Bank Cash Card with Debit Card Service will expire soon. How do I renew it?
In principle, you do not need to take any procedure in order to receive a new card. We will send a new card to your registered address by simplified registered mail within two months before the expiry month of your current card.
* A new card will be sent based on the registered address information available as of the time of commencement of the procedure for sending the card. Your new card will not be issued if we are unable to send you any mail to your registered address. If your address has changed, please complete the procedure to change your registered address via the Direct Banking Service promptly.
