When will I receive the point service points?
You will receive all the points earned in a month on the 15th day of the following month.
The aggregation period for points is as follows:
(1) For points from using the Debit Card Service
From the 16th of the previous month to the 15th of the current month
* The above period might differ depending on the timing at which sales are processed by each JCB member merchant.
(2) For points from applicable transactions other than from use of the Debit Card Service
From the 1st day of the month to the end of the current month
