What is the difference between the Logon ID and Customer ID?
Your Logon ID is an ID used to log on to the Direct Banking Service. You can decide the ID when you register for the Direct Banking Service.
Your Customer ID is the 7-digit number used to verify customers when you reissue a Logon ID. The 7-digit number is printed on the back of your cash card or the Direct Banking card.
* If you registered with Internet banking before January 10, 2014 and have not set (or changed) your Logon ID, enter your Customer ID (printed on the back of your cash card or Direct Banking card) as your Direct Banking Service Logon ID.
