1. [Via an ATM]
You can open an account via a Seven Bank ATM. This method is also available to foreign nationals.
For Japanese nationals: individual number card or driver's license
For foreign nationals: residence card or special permanent resident certificate

2. [By mail]
To open an account by mail, request an application form by entering the necessary information via the Seven Bank website.
Then, fill in the application form we sent to you and return it to us with your identity verification document.
(We are unable to send an application form if you do not request it via the website.)
This method is also available to foreign nationals who have been in Japan for six months or more.
