What should I do if I forget my logon password or my password is no longer valid (my password is suspended)?

ANSWER
Register your Logon Password again by going to "If you forgot your logon password (or if your password has expired)" on the logon page in the Direct Banking Service.

* Enter your "Logon ID" and your registered telephone number.
