What should I do if my confirmation number is expired (locked)?
Logon to the Direct Banking Service, and follow the procedure in "Unlock Confirmation Number" under the "Customer Service" menu.
* Your cash card "PIN" is required.

Note that, in the cases described below, you will need to submit documents to unlock your confirmation number. For details about the documents to be submitted, contact the Contact Center.
- If your confirmation number expired (was locked) twice in a row
- If your confirmation number expired (was locked) during registration for the Direct Banking Service
