What are "Customer ID" and "Confirmation number"?
Both numbers are used to verify the identity of the customers when they carry out various procedures under the Direct Banking Service. These numbers are printed on the back of the customer’s cash card or Direct Banking card (they are different from the logon ID and logon password to be used to log on to the Direct Banking Service).
▼ Customer ID
A seven-digit number to be used to carry out the procedures in case the customer has forgotten the cash card PIN or the PIN has expired, or to re-set the logon ID
▼ Confirmation number
A table of numbers necessary to carry out some procedures under the Direct Banking Service
