What if my Seven Bank account (ordinary deposit) balance is not enough for the monthly repayment amount in the Loan Service? Will a debit incur to my account?
If your Seven Bank account (ordinary deposit) balance is not enough for the monthly repayment amount for the Loan Service, the automatic payment is not made and an arrearage occurs. To pay off the arrearage, deposit funds into your Seven Bank account (ordinary deposit) so that your balance is more than the monthly repayment amount. Once the ordinary deposit balance exceeds the monthly repayment amount, an automatic payment is made.
In addition, while your account is in arrears, your repayment status is considered "in arrears" and you will be unable to borrow more money and or to make an early repayment (optional repayment).
