How can I see transaction statements for international money transfers?
(1) For International Money Transfer Service with Western Union
① Acquisition of remittance details using the money transfer app
You can get the remittance details for free from the "Check Yearly Statement" menu of the mney transfer app. You can print the details using your printer at home or a printing services at Seven-Eleven stores.

* The remittance statement of Seven Bank international money transfer service with Western Union that will be available on this app are statements from January 1, 2021onwards.
* Integration of data with Mobile Remit Service sa 'Pinas with BDO Unibank is not available. Data acquisition is required separately for each service.
②You can access statements from the past three months from the "International Money Transfer" menu of the Direct Banking Service.

(2) For Philippine Money Transfer Service with BDO Unibank
You can get the remittance details for free from the "Check Yearly Statement" menu of the mney transfer app. You can print the details using your printer at home or a printing services at Seven-Eleven stores.
* Integrated data with International money transfer service (Western Union) cannot be acquired. Data acquisition is required separately for each service.Please check the remittance details of the International Money Transfer Service (Western Union) by switching the display of the money transfer app to the Western Union screen. You can switch the display by tapping the Western Union tab at the top screen of the app. After switching the display, you can get the remittance details from the "Check Yearly Statement" menu.
【If you wish to issue a statement before January 1, 2021】
For both services (1) and (2), hard copy statements of your international money transfers can be issued. If you want to receive hard copy statements, contact the Contact Center.
(The fees for issuing hard copy statements are 1,100 yen [including tax] per year.)
