How do I switch from a temporary PIN to a PIN?
You can change your PIN at Seven Bank ATMs or via the Direct Banking Service.
Note that, until you change your PIN, you will not be able to make withdrawals at ATMs or perform transactions via the Direct Banking Service.
(1) If you can log on to the Direct Banking Service
(including the case where you can conduct app authentication (approval of the logon to the Direct Banking Service) on the Seven Bank International Money Transfer App)
Follow the instructions on the screen to change a cash card PIN under the "Customer Service" menu.
You can log on to the relevant page from here.
* If you use the Direct Banking Service for the first time, please complete the procedure under "Register for Direct Banking Service."
(2) If you cannot log on to the Direct Banking Service
(including the case where you cannot conduct app authentication on the Seven Bank International Money Transfer App)
Insert your cash card into a Seven Bank ATM, select "Change PIN" and complete the procedure to change your PIN.
