You can view monthly statements for the past 15 months via the Direct Banking Service. (Note, however, that you cannot check statements on certain smartphones that cannot display PDF files.)
Statements are created at the end of each month and can be checked around the 10th day of the following month.

To receive statements of transactions from more than 15 months ago, contact the Contact Center.
