I lost my Direct Banking card. Can I get the card reissued?

ANSWER
Yes, you can have the card reissued. In this case, your Seven Bank Cash Card with Debit Card Service (this card) will be reissued as well. For details about the procedure to reissue a card, contact the Direct Banking Service or Contact Center. Note that a charge of 1,100 yen will be incurred to reissue the card.
