How to receive the cash card after opening an account.
The cash card will be delivered by mail to your registered address.
Please note that you cannot receive your cash card at an address other than your registered address.
Upon your application for opening an account with Seven Bank, to check the number of days it will take for you to receive your cash card, click here.
※A cash card will be issued to those who open an account. If you do not receive your cash card, your account may be canceled, or some transactions may be restricted.
If you have any questions about the shipping status of your cash card (account opening progress) or if you were unable to receive your cash card by mail, please call the Contact Center.
