I have opened an account using the SEVEN BANK Money Transfer App (or by sending the application form by mail). What should I do if I wish to use the International Money Transfer Service?

ANSWER
You can apply for the International Money Transfer Service after you set up the smartphone app (SEVEN BANK Money Transfer App or Seven Bank International Money Transfer App) and register for the Direct Banking Service.
You can transfer money using a Seven Bank ATM, Direct Banking Service, or Seven Bank International Money Transfer App, after completing the registration for the International Money Transfer Service.

(1) Set up the SEVEN BANK Money Transfer App
Please set up the SEVEN BANK Money Transfer App after you receive your cash card. App authentication is required to take the step in (2).
App authentication is not required if you take the step in (2) using the SEVEN BANK Money Transfer App.

(2) Register to use the Direct Banking Service
Click "Register for Direct Banking Service" and complete the procedure.
(Click here if you use a smartphone.)

(3) Apply for the International Money Transfer Service
Please apply for the International Money Transfer Service via the Direct Banking Service (Japanese).
