I received a cash card from Seven Bank although I have not taken any procedure.

ANSWER
To all customers using Cash Cards with Debit Card Service, we send a new card to their registered address within two months before the expiry date of their current card, without asking them to take any procedure in principle.
If you do not know why you received a card, please contact us.
