How can I change my J/Secure password?
You can change your J/Secure password on the MyJCB website via the Direct Banking Service.
* From October 2024, a one-time password (a password that is valid only one time) has become available as a J/Secure password.
To enhance safety in the use of cards for our customers, we will change their authentication method for online shopping from using a MyJCB password to using a one-time password.
You can change the authentication method to the one-time password authentication yourself via MyJCB, a website only for JCB members.
