When I used my cash card via an ATM, the screen displayed a message, "Magnetism of the magnetic stripe on your card is weak." What should I do?

ANSWER
Please complete the procedure for reissuance of a cash card promptly. In the case of reissuance of a card due to a problem with the magnetic stripe, no restrictions will be imposed on the use of the card you currently have. You can continue to use the card until you receive a new card.

Please log on to the Direct Banking Service and apply for the reissuance of a cash card from "Customer Services."

* For the card status indicated on the application information entry screen, select "defect,Breakage,Defacement."
