Customers who wish to open a Seven Bank account may apply via ATM, if all of the following applies:
・15 years of age or older
・Japanese national
・Those who do not yet have a Seven Bank account
・Those who have a Driver's License or My Number card
・Those residing at the address listed on the identity verification document
