You can obtain and print transaction statements of ordinary deposits, etc. for the past 15 months in the form of a PDF file via the Direct Banking Service.

Please log on to the Direct Banking Service and select "Download Ordinary/Time Deposit Statement(Most recent 15 months)" in the "Online Passbook" menu, then you can obtain monthly statements of transactions for the past 15 months starting from the previous month (in the form of a PDF file).

* Please use your home printer or the print services at 7-Eleven stores, etc. to print out the PDF file.
* You cannot check statements on certain smartphones that cannot display PDF files.
