Question

What are "logon ID" and "logon password"?

ANSWER
You use your logon ID and logon password to show your identity when you log on to the Direct Banking Service.
You decide the ID and password when you register for the Direct Banking Service.

Logon ID: Consisting of 6 to 32 alphanumeric single-byte characters
(An ID consisting only of alphabetic characters is acceptable but an ID consisting only of numeric characters is not).

If Forgotten or Expired
Please register your ID again by going to the "If you forgot your logon ID" on the logon page.

Logon password: Consisting of 6 to 32 alphanumeric single-byte characters
(A password consisting only of alphabetic characters or numeric characters is unacceptable. A logon password should not contain your date of birth, registered telephone number, or any other combination of letters and numbers that can be easily guessed by others.)

* Both logon IDs and logon passwords are case-sensitive. Please be careful when you enter them.

If Forgotten or Expired
Please register your password again by going to the "If you forgot your logon password (or if your password has expired)" on the logon page.
